All purchases on Vechnost are for digital products and services. Due to the nature of digital goods — which are delivered and accessible immediately upon successful payment — all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once an access code is issued and activated, the service has been fully delivered. Unlike physical products, digital access cannot be "returned." The access code grants immediate use of the platform, which cannot be revoked on a partial basis.
In the event of a technical failure on our end that results in your access code not being delivered or activated after a successful payment, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate and, if the fault is on our side, we will issue a replacement code or resolve the issue.
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback against a legitimate purchase will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to dispute all invalid chargebacks.
